"That's What Makes a Family"
Zach Wahls, a 19-year-old University of Iowa student, speaking at a public forum on Iowa's House Joint Resolution 6, which would end civil unions in the state. He's right: I think anyone would be proud to have this guy as a son.
The resolution passed yesterday by a vote of 62-37, although the Majority Leader of the Iowa Senate has stated that he won't bring the bill to a vote.
