This officer tells me that Target donated a small fleet of these to the Tucson Police Department. He said they go about 30 miles on a charge.

A few friends and I got a good laugh speculating how funny it would be to get pulled over by one of these. Then we watched a guy across the street get busted for smoking a joint in his car while this officer looked on. It turns out it's actually not very funny at all.
