Immigration rights activist Raul Alcaraz Ochoa appears to be in Border Patrol custody after attempting to intervene in the detention of a worker on Tucson's south side today.

This isn't the first time that Alcaraz Ochoa has attempted to intervene in a Border Patrol action, as he took similar action in February regarding the arrest of Rene Meza Huertha.
