This week, Eric and Arnie discuss Age of Apocalypse, an alternate-history look at the X-Men and the rest of the Marvel universe.
In other Heroes & Villains news, the store is hosting a master-class in the art of comic illustration. The press release is below the cut.

This week, Eric and Arnie discuss "The Last Zombie", which seems like an unlikely situation considering that there are new zombie-themed media items every week or so.
If you're a fan of Talking Comics, help Eric out a bit by voting for his character The Blackest Terror to appear on the Phoenix Comicon badge. All you have to do is "like" a photo. It's the least you can do, really.

This sounds like a very strange comic, including a scene Eric describes as Conan having a wet dream in the ocean. Barbarians certainly have changed.

This week, Eric and Arnie discuss Battle Scars.
Also, their store Heroes & Villains is hosting an instore concert with Mega Ran this Saturday at 5 p.m. ahead of his show at Vaudeville that night. There's more information about the show on Facebook.
Eric has generously offered three pair of free tickets to the Vaudeville show. If you'd like a set of them, head to the in store, find Eric (you should recognize him from the Talking Comics series), and yell "ALL HAIL THOR, THE UNKILLABLE THUNDER CHRIST" at him. He will then give you tickets (supplies are limited, however).

Sure, they talk about comics at some point, but what's really important is that Eric and Arnie discuss their store's very cool comic book charity event this month, where they take comics (and money that they use to buy comics) to the kids down at Diamond Children's Hospital. Sick kids would certainly be cheered up by an awesome comic book to read and plus you can win something cool if you donate. More information is available on Facebook.
And they mention the Misfits.

New Talking Comics drinking game: line up some shots and drink one every time Eric frames a sentence with "Yeah [pronoun] did" or "Yeah [pronoun] is".
Also, they discuss Secret Avengers, in which Captain America sounds sort of like Bill O'Reilly.

Not to be confused with the Jack Chick evangelical comic of the same name, this week Eric and Arnie discuss Prophet, the story of a futuristic Rip Van Winkle.

Clones have invaded the Spiderman universe, so Eric and Arnie discuss anti-hero Scarlet Spider, who fights human exploitation in Houston, Texas. Socio-political relevance!

Finally, Eric and Arnie discuss Bucky, sidekick to Captain America, again. Not the entire time, because the video is actually about a comic which is deeply influenced by H.P. Lovecraft, but still, more Bucky, always.
