Two-time governor and one-time pregnant man Arnold Schwarzenegger took to Reddit late last week to promote his latest film, Escape Plan, in an amusing fashion. He took requests for his infamous one-liners and he delivered them, freshly recorded, on his Youtube page.

I'm glad he's got a good sense of humor, I hope he was still laughing when he saw Escape Plan's returns over the opening weekend. Ouch!

As many of us are getting ready to watch the debut of the Walking Dead's new season, here's a video of Dr. Dragos Zaharescu cutting a watermelon with a demonstration Shaolin sword. Don't try this at home, kids! Dragos is trained in martial arts.

To study Shaolin sword, classes are offered through the Chinese Cultural Center.

A rich tapestry of cultures and a smörgåsbord of ethnic foods comes together once again in Downtown Tucson this weekend.

Tucson Meet Yourself celebrates their 40th Anniversary this weekend, bringing together more than 100 artisans, music and diversity. The "folklife" festival invades the downtown area until Sunday night.

Tucson Comic-Con is right around the corner and you know what that means. It's almost time for you to dress up like your favorite comic book character for two days Nov. 2 and 3 at the Tucson Convention Center, 260 S. Church Ave.

I regularly attend San Diego Comic-Con and various other show around the country but nothing beats Tucson Con. I enjoy this show not because I was one of the organizers for three years, but because I can walk there. There's a lot of great local comic book artist and some big names like Matt Hawkins from Top Cow. Come down in your best cosplay outfit and maybe you will win the costume contest.

Tickets went on sale this morning. You can buy your tickets at ticketmaster or at the door. Tickets are $8 for single day or $10 for the weekend, and free for children 10 and younger.

Last night we gave away tickets at Tap & Bottle to see Red Barat this Friday at The Rialto Theatre. This was my first time attending the fine establishment and I was thoroughly impressed with the selection of beer and the overall look. Looking forward to their breakfast brunch next Sunday. I'd like to thank everyone that attended the event, the folks at UA Presents, Tap & Bottle, KXCI for providing the sweet tunes, and looking forward to seeing the winners at the show this Friday.

Indie/Alt Band, Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers, are playing tonight at Club Congress. The catchy band has been doing their own music and touring since 2008, (and went viral in 2012, with their cover-song videos, entitled: "Van Sessions" with this Hall and Oates remake), are making their first appearance in Tucson. The 21 and Over show starts at 7:00p.m. and the cost is $10. Now I CAN go for that! For tickets go here.
