Republican candidate Ron Zack has kept mastered the art of keeping his presidential platform simple:
1) I promise to run my campaign and my presidency with total honesty, openness and transparency.2) My main purpose in running is to enrich myself and some of my friends, legally through through collateral benefits of the office, and to have the opportunity for unlimited travel with members of my extended family.

After winning 50 votes in the 2008 Arizona GOP primary, Republican Charles Skelley is back for another shot at winning the hearts and minds of Arizona Republicans.
Here's his platform:
THE WON-2-3 PLAN — FIXES THE US ECONOMY BY FIXING MANUFACTURINGPart 1: Defining the core US economic problems in 2011
This WON-2-3 plan is named after Wealth of Nations, Book 2, Chapter 3
Adam Smith's "macroeconomic" principles (from Book 2, chapter 3, of Wealth of Nations) can be used to solve interrelated US economic problems of high structural unemployment, huge Trade Deficits, unsustainable Federal Budget deficits, and entitlements. Putting additional people to work in the US Manufacturing sector will improve all four of these issues simultaneously.
The US Manufacturing sector lost 5.8 million jobs during 1998-2011; and the US now has a $700 Billion/year Trade Deficit for goods. (i.e. The Sep 2011 Trade deficit for goods was $59 Billion.) If these millions of lost US Manufacturing jobs are not replaced quickly, then the huge US Trade Deficit will soon ruin the value of all US dollars.

Peter "Simon" Bollander made quite a splash in his first run for the presidency in 2008. He's back this year, although he's switched from a Democrat to a Republican and has evidently joined the Hair Club for Men.
We don't have time to go into Bollander's entire 10-Star program, but we're hoping he has time to send us an electronic version so we can share the entire plan with you. But we can tell you what we told you in 2008:
Peter Bollander boasts that he has more than 100 hours of on-camera television experience and an excellent speaking voice that can deliver heavy Jewish and Italian accents. He’s worked summer stock in Hawaii and has karate training. And he’s managed up to five people at any given time. His obvious qualifications for the White House aside, Bollander has some big ideas. Here’s one: The “Uncle Sam Sweepstakes.” Bollander proposes that lottery tickets be sold across the globe, with 10 percent of the proceeds going to the winners and 90 percent being locked in a trust fund. In just a few decades, we’d have a couple of trillion dollars to solve the nation’s financial problems—all financed by Third World residents who dream of a better life and are really bad at math.

Green Party candidate Gary Swing is ready to rumble with his fellow Green candidates on Arizona's Feb. 28 presidential primary ballot.
When Richard Grayson, a Green Party rival, declared himself a "favorite son" is the race, Swing begged to differ, firing off the following press release:
Richard Grayson, a 2010 Arizona Green Party candidate for US Representative, recently announced that he has filed as a candidate for the Arizona Green Party's Presidential Preference Election on February 28. In his campaign announcement, Grayson stated: "I am happy to be Arizona's favorite son candidate in the Green Party presidential primary."
Gary Swing, a cultural events promoter from Denver who ran as a Colorado Green Party candidate for US Representative, has also filed as a candidate for the Arizona Green Party's Presidential Preference Election, and hopes to challenge Grayson for the position of favorite son candidate. According to an impartial and scientific survey that the Swing campaign conducted of Tucson resident Mary Swing, 100% of the respondent indicated that Gary Swing is her "favorite son" among the candidates in the Arizona Green Party's presidential primary.
In addition to the "Favorite Son" vote, Gary Swing's campaign is also planning to target the much cherished "Swing Vote" in the upcoming election for President of Arizona.
Swing's tough truth-telling worked. Grayson backed off his claim, admitting: "My own mother's favorite son is either my brother Marc or my brother Jonathan. Luckily they are not running." Grayson candidly admitted that the loss of Swing voters would be "quite a blow" to his campaign.

Donald Paul Benjamin offers his presidential platform:

When elected President of the United States, I will immediately pursue constitutional amendments and/or executive mandates to accomplish the following:1. Between the day I take office through March 31, 2012, Congress shall pass no new laws. My veto will insure their compliance. Congress shall take this period to reflect on their past misbehavior and clean out their desks.
2. Effective April 1, 2012, Congress shall adjourn for two years without pay before they do any more damage.
3. A junta of fifty six-graders (one from each state) selected based on decorum and attendance will run the legislative branch while Congress is adjourned.
4. I will select my cabinet from among successful business people who volunteer to serve without salary.
5. I will serve for four years at a fixed salary of $73,423.16 per year not including the use of Air Force One which is a really cool plane.

Green Party presidential candidate Richard Grayson has already scored one of great prizes of any political candidate: An interview with a local TV station. In an interview with Phoenix TV station ABC-15, Grayson was upfront about his motives in running for president:
"Like most presidential candidates, I am a megalomaniac who is greedy for power," he said.
Grayson made his first bid for the Oval office in 1984 in an effort to beat Ronald Reagan as he ran for re-election. Grayson said he ended up with about 3-thousand votes.
He now lives at home with his mother in Apache Junction and said he's standing up for the little guy and hopes to get people thinking.
"There are other reasons to run besides winning and that's to broaden the things that can be discussed in a national debate," he said.
However, he doesn't realistically expect to win.
"I would demand a recount if I were elected president," he said.
You can learn more about Grayson—a writer, teacher and occasional candidate—at his own Web site. He's chronicling some of his campaign here.
His official campaign bio:
Grayson, 60, first ran for President in 1984, when he unsuccessfully sought the nomination of the Democratic party to run against President Ronald Reagan. In 2004, Grayson ran for the U.S. House of Representatives as a write-in candidate from a district where the Republican incumbent had no Democratic opponent and published his campaign diary at the McSweeney's website as "Diary of a Congressional Candidate in Florida's Fourth Congressional District," and in 2010, Grayson was the Green Party candidate for Congress in Arizona's Sixth Congressional District, running against Representative Jeff Flake.Grayson said he looked forward to actively campaigning in the primary. "I am happy to be Arizona's favorite stepson candidate in the Green Party presidential primary," he said.
Grayson had to move to the claim of "favorite step-son" after a brief war of words with fellow Green Party candidate Gary Swing.

Jim Terr sends along his platform:
I’m Jim Terr. I’ve been a proud Republican all my life. Just like I’ve been a proud resident or Arizona all my life.
Terr—pronounced as in “termite.” The meaning and ethnic origin is unknown. But of course we in Arizona don’t care about that. We care about a person’s inner worth, their willingness to play hard and work by the rules. I mean work hard and play by the rules. Inner worth, I’ve got a lot of that.
When my parents or maybe it was my grandparents, came here, this was just a dusty desert filled with a few cactus and a few so-called Native Americans. They built this up to the thriving, sprawling water-sucking paradise that it is today, where people of all kinds live together in peace and harmony.
I have that same vision for America. Won’t you join me? This is a people’s campaign. In fact I don’t even want to run. But people from all over America said “Mitt, will you run?” (Somehow his e-mail account was diverted to mine for about 36 hours, but it got me to thinking…)

Sarah Gonzales, the only woman on the Republican presidential primary in Arizona, explains why she decided to run for president:
I am recently unemployed and in the process of applying for jobs. I saw the job for POTUS in the Weekly so I figured I better not pass up the opportunity. After my last experience, I really like the idea of being my own boss.I took a look at the application and thought aloud: “This is it?!” Seriously, it’s the easiest job application I have ever filled out. AND I can also see who else applied for the job! I totally know my competitors!
After seeing who else applied from the Republican Party, I think I have a shot.
Anyway, my car is getting pretty old and I heard Air Force One comes with the job, too. There seem to be some outstanding benefits. Aside from the perks, I know I will have to make some tough decisions that affect a lot of people. I'm a pretty good listener, though, and feel confident I could get this country going in the right direction.
Some of my thoughts include:
