I don't know exactly what's happening in this video shared on Reddit, but I assume someone told this woman that she can't use her ExtraCare bucks on liquor. When I first heard that, I think I called for God's wrath on the cashier as well.

Either that or someone was stealing their weight in razors and makeup while all of this was happening, but I'd prefer to think of it as a genuine religious experience.

I can understand fandom to some extent. It's fun to care about things that, at the end of the day, we know aren't all that important. It's sort of freeing, really, since there seem to be an endless stream of dire, troubling aspects of life that demand our attention. I can obsess over whether my kids are really safe, whether I'll be able to pay my bills next month or I could act like the result of a soccer match is a matter or life and death. Fandom is kind of a coping mechanism in that way.

But then there are people who make "lifelike" baby dolls of Harry Potter characters. And people who pay hundreds of dollars for them on eBay. It probably makes me a bad and somewhat intolerant person, but I just can't understand what's going through the mind of the sort of person who would actually want to own a newborn version of Dobby the house elf, but hey, to each their own.

Accidents will happen, I suppose:

According to Lorain County Chief Deputy Coroner Dr. Frank Miller, Mazzola was found face down on his water bed, restrained with handcuffs, chains and padlocks.

An autopsy determined the preliminary cause of death was asphyxia due to airway obstruction by foreign body.

"The manner of death is pending further investigation and will be released when the case is finalized," the coroner's office said in a press release.

Mazzola had a sex toy in his throat, which apparently obstructed his breathing, Miller said.

He was also wearing a leather mask with the eyes and mouth zipped shut and a two-piece metal sphere covering his head, according to the coroner.

Investigators say Mazzola's body was discovered by a co-worker.

According to detectives, Mazzola had help with the bondage equipment, but his assistant had left before he died.

The deceased, Sam Mazzola, was in the news last year when a bear at the somewhat strange animal sanctuary he ran killed an employee.

This is the sort of thing that will be difficult for this young lady to shake, I suspect. Upside: she'll probably get to meet Daniel Tosh at some point.

While Orange News did not report if the contestant who mowed down the host ended up earning the worst-driver title, it did note host Ruben Nicolai was hospitalized with a sore shoulder, sore foot and torn lip.
