More than 400 artisans and food vendors, two music stages, street performers and a hands-on art pavilion for kids are included in this event taking place along Fourth Avenue between Ninth Street and University Boulevard, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday through Sunday, Dec. 13 through 15.
