Senior Judge Andre Davis of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals is visiting Tucson in conjunction with the Safety & Justice Challenge grant awarded by the MacArthur Foundation.
He will speak on “Racial and Ethnic Equality in the Criminal Justice System." The talk is open to the public.
