BICAS Bike Maintenance for Women and Transgendered

BICAS offers weekly workshop time exclusively for women and transgendered who want to learn how to fix their bikes or to earn a bike with volunteer labor. Workshops are led by female and trans-identified mechanics from noon to 4 p.m., every Sunday. Free. BICAS also offers a one-time bike maintenance class for women and transgendered, only, from 1 to 4 p.m. the first Sunday of every month. The course teaches how a bicycle works and what can be done to prolong its life. $20. Call or visit bicas.org for more information.
