Lo’s music video; and now Eduardo Verastegui stars as a three-timing hunky advertising executive in Linda Mendoza’s featherweight romantic comedy that disguises itself as a racy Calvin Klein ad with a keshift plot. The love child of Ricky Martin and Antonio Banderas is simultaneously dating a bombshell brainiac, a voluptuous vixen and a sexy spoiled brat who live in New York City, Miami and Chicago respectively. When the scantily clad mistresses learn about his cheating ways, the T & A trio scurry around in stiletto heels with their bouncing breasts as they evade the FBI in a random subplot while seeking revenge on Mr. Adultery. Despite its over-abundance of gratuitous eye-candy and superficial story lines, Chasing Papi still has inexplicable charm and appeal that will make viewers chase this Latin love triangle.
