A Humane Society of Southern Arizona fundraiser featuring kids' activities, a pet-related art walk, a sandwich-eating contest, auctions, dog contests, food by a number of local eateries and live music by the Hounds from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 23.
