Among the happy topics are the near misses that have occurred in the last 20 years, many you are probably not aware of, one the result of a malfunctioning computer chip that cost less than a dollar. It also examines the threats of terrorism, and the simple fact that a mistake could lead to the death of millions. This isn’t electric moviemaking by any means, but it most certainly makes its point.
