The best movie about a couch ever! This strange documentary follows one woman’s attempt to re-connect with her fundamentalist Jewish family. Clearly, the only way to do this is to go to Eastern Europe and find a couch that a rabbi slept on in the 18th century. Does she find the couch? Does she marry a nice Jewish man? Does she have a lot of gay friends who sit on the couch and talk about what it means to have a dirempted identity? Sort of, no, and yes!
