This 2nd Saturday the Emergency Circus transforms the Hotel Congress patio into a SUPERHERO themed Circus Extravaganza featuring superhero costume contests, a towering Tesla coil, Special Head the levitater, and more surprises. Donations to this all ages event bring the Emergency Circus to hospitals, homeless shelters, and the "undercircussed" everywhere.
