Phil Lopes and Linda Valdez are among guests who will provide "A Preview of the 2012 Arizona Legislature Session" from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Sept. 17. Free. Guests and prospective members are welcome. Refreshments are served at 9:30 a.m. Parking is free in the library's underground garage.
