A festival celebrating the Arizona centennial and the heritage of Sonoita, Elgin and Patagonia takes place on Saturday and Sunday, June 11 and 12, at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, at the intersection of highways 82 and 83 in Sonoita. $5; free age 12 and younger. Artists, artisans, retails shops, live music and dancing, a farmer's market and 4-H demonstrations take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, June 11; and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, June 12. Also on Saturday, June 12, a car show takes place from 1 to 3 p.m., and a dance takes place from 7 to 10 p.m. Participation in the car show is $25. Call 455-5498 for more information.
