The annual LGBT Pride on Parade takes place from 8 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, in conjunction with 2nd Saturdays Downtown. Free. Parade marshals are AIDS activists Wendell Hicks, Dr. Heather Moroso, Scott Blades and Jeffrey Scott Brown. The route is from Pennington Street and Eighth Avenue south to Congress Street, west to Stone Avenue and north to Pennington Street. Visit tucsonpride.org for more information.
