The third in the Summer Sci-Fi Film Series, the Matrix revolves around Neo, a computer hacker who uncovers that the reality he knows is nothing more than an elaborate façade created by a malevolent cyber-intelligence in order to subdue humans so they maintain dominance in the real world.
