Science on Screen: Project Nim
A new film series, "Science on the Screen," pairs feature films and documentaries with lively presentations by science and technology experts. The series opens with Project Nim, the story of a chimpanzee who was the subject of a failed experiment. The film screens at 7 p.m., Friday, Aug. 12, and a discussion about the role of live animals in experiments follows. $9; $7 student or military; $6 senior, child age 12 and younger; $5 member.
