Public meeting of the Southeast Arizona Citizens Forum of the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission. Proposed revisions to the Santa Cruz County floodplain ordinance that could reduce flood insurance costs, and flood damage in the Nogales Wash near the international sewage pipe will be discussed.
