A new art museum celebrating the arts and history of the Southwest opens Friday, Nov. 1, with the exhibit, Desertscapes: Narrative Landscape Photographs, an exhibit of work by Wayne Norton on environmental themes, which continues through Wednesday, April 30; free. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday.
