When: Wednesdays, Fridays-Sundays, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and Thursdays, 2-7 p.m. Continues through April 28 2011

Exhibits that continue through Sunday, May 1, explore the influence of many cultural traditions in American food and look at outdoor eating throughout the history of the Southwest. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, and Friday through Sunday; and 2 to 7 p.m., Thursday. Free. Call for more information.
