When: Thursdays, 4-5:15 p.m. and Fridays, 5-6:15 p.m. Continues through March 11 2022
This class focuses on strength, body posture, alleviating neck and back pain, and lengthening and decompressing the spine. Sessions encourages use of props such as blocks or bolsters. Beginners welcome.
