Beginning/Continuing Yoga Practice

When: Wednesdays, Thursdays, 5:30-6:45 p.m., Sundays, 10-11:15 a.m. and Mondays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Continues through Dec. 27 2021

Multi-level class with variations on poses allowing students to practice at their own level. Beginners welcome! In-studio limited to registered participants. Check other daily offerings. Gift certificates available.
