Beginning/Continuing Yoga

When: Wednesdays, 5:30-6:45 p.m., Sundays, 10-11:15 a.m. and Mondays, 8:30-9:45 a.m. Continues through Feb. 1 2021

Multi-level class with variations on poses allowing attendees to practice at their own level. Beginners welcome! In-studio limited to registered participants. Check day for availability in-studio, online or both.
