When: Mondays, 8:30-9:30 a.m., Mondays-Fridays, 10-11:15 a.m. and Saturdays, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Continues through Aug. 28 2021
A slow-paced class with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Beginners welcome. Cost is per drop-in session. Mon, Tues, Thurs sessions are only online.
