When: Sundays, 8:45-9:30 a.m., Mondays-Fridays, 10-11:15 a.m. and Saturdays, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Continues through March 5 2022
A slow-paced class with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Beginners welcome. In-studio limited to registered participants. Cost is per drop-in session. Gift certificates and monthly passes available.
