Gentle Yoga
When: Mondays-Fridays, 10-11:15 a.m., Saturdays, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and Sundays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Continues through April 3 2022
A slow-paced class with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Beginners welcome! Offered in-studio and online. Cost is per drop-in session. Gift certificates and monthly passes available.
