Intro to MELT Foam Rolling Workshop

When: Sun., April 6, 1-2:30 p.m. and Sun., May 4, 1-2:30 p.m. 2025

We will use specialized soft body rollers and MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it causes pain.
