Summer Gardening Classes

When: Third Saturday of every month, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m., Sat., May 28, 8:30-10:30 a.m., First Thursday of every month, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m., First Saturday of every month, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and Second Saturday of every month, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Continues through Aug. 13 2011

No preregistration is required for these monthly classes at the Botanical Gardens. Classes are from 9:30 a.m. to noon, unless otherwise indicated. $14 includes admission; $7 member. "Successful Plants for Tucson Gardens" is the first Saturday. "Xeriscape Doesn't Mean Zeroscape" is the second Saturday. "Gardening for the Newcomer" is the first Thursday and third Saturday. "Rainwater-Harvesting Workshop" is from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., the fourth Saturday. Call or visit tucsonbotanicalgardens.org for more information.
