Free Pilates Mat Class

When: Wed., June 4, 5:45-6:30 p.m. 2014

Tonight we will do basic pre-Pilates exercises to prepare the body. You will receive a hand-out on the history of pilates and a guide to use at home. Bring your mat and H20. We will also bring some mats. No shoes needed.
